Do you accept Money Orders and Personal Checks?
Please contact us through our Contact Us and include your disk choices, your full name, shipping address and we will contact you with the address to send payment to. ALl personal checks must clear before shipping.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We usually ship within 48 hours of receiving your payment. Your package should arrive in about 2-3 days in most cases. We contact you via email when your package ships so you will know when to expect it.

Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we ship our products worldwide. Your package ships via U.S. Postal Servic via Air Letter Post (3-5 days).

Are your collections royalty free?
The disks contain all original content mastered by us at out recording studio. All sound loops are royalty free for your music productions. See license for more details.

What programs are your loops compatible with?
All DragonTech loop collections are compatible with Sony Acid, Apple GarageBand, Apple Soundtrack, Cubase, Fruityloops, Logic, Cakewalk, etc. Virtaully any program that can accept 16bit WAV files.

Are your loops fully ACIDized?
Yes, all loops contain on the disks are fully "ACIDized" with tempo & key information (no "one-shots")

What file format do you use?
All files delivered in high-quality .WAV format and they are digitally recorded in 44kHz 16 bit stereo professional audio quality.

Will your loops work on Macintosh systems?
Yes, all loops have been tested Macintosh systems with Apple Sountrack and Apple Garage Band.
